If you are currently a Nurse's Aide, Personal Care Aide or Direct Care Staff, this is the class for you! This is a 68 hour class that is approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing. Completing this course will enable you to work in a group home and/or assisted living setting.

68 Hours Registered Medication Aid Course (PM Class) 
12/10/2018 - 12/19/2018  9 AM – 4 PM
12/20/2018 - 12/21/2018  7 AM – 4 PM (Clinical Dates)

Students are responsible for the following:

  • Index Cards
  • Hightlighters
  • PPD/Chest X-Ray (Either must be negative.)
  • Burgundy/Wine Nursing Scrubs

Terms:

By registrating online, I understand that I am registered for the 68 Hours Medication Aide training course offered through Training Solutions. The total amount of the Medication Aide class is $500.00 which includes a non-refundable $100.00 registrtion fee and $400.00 tuition fee. The first payment of $250.00 is due at registration. I understand that my enrollment will be complete when the $250.00 is paid in full. The second payment of $250.00 is due before you go to clinicals. Please note that there will be $25.00 late fee for each late payment. I understand that this is a binding agreement and I am responsible for full payment to Training Soltuions upon completion of the course and that no certficates of completion will be issued while a balance remains

Tuition and Fees

Installments

Training Solutions provides that installments for students to make their education affordable. All deposits are due at registration, First deposit is due on the first day of class, and the last payment is due by the Friday of the second week. Students that do not follow the payment arrangement will not be able to attend class until the each payment are current. Please note that the student is responsible to make up the time missed.

Late Payment Policy:

  1. All payments are due on or before the close of business on the specified date.
  2. All fees not paid on the due date are subject to a late fee of $25.00 per occurrence.
  3. If a balance remains unpaid at the end of the class, any and all certification will be withheld and a $25.00 late fee will be assessed to your account.
  4. Training Solutions will use all legal means to secure payment in the event of any continued delinquency, up to and including wage garnishments and liens.

onfidentiality Agreement/Acknowledgement:

I understand and acknowledge that I must maintain complete confidentiality as it relates to the personnel, recipients, fellow students, patients, and patient records during my learning experience with Training Solutions

I understand that I must maintain a professional demeanor at all times and conduct myself accordingly while in class and on clinical sites during my learning experience with Training Solutions.

I understand and acknowledge that all tests are closed book unless otherwise directed by the instructor.  Any student found to be cheating will be immediately dismissed from the course with Training Solutions, and no refund will be given.

I understand and acknowledge that all exams must be completed with a score of 80% or better and all clinical and class hours completed in order to pass the course.  Training Solutions, will not issue a certificate of completion until all requirements have been met.

I understand and acknowledge that the school may terminate my enrollment if I fail to comply with the attendance, academic, and financial requirements or if I fail to abide by established standards of conduct, as outline in the school catalog. While enrolled in the school, I understand that I must maintain satisfactory academic progress as described in the school catalog and that my financial obligation to the school must be paid in full before a certificate may be awarded.

I understand and acknowledge that the school does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program completion or upon graduation.

I understand and acknowledge receipt of the school’s catalog dated 12/2015, which contains information describing program offered, and equipment/supplies provides. The school catalog is included as part of this enrollment agreement and I acknowledge that I have received a copy of this catalog.

Notice To Buyer:

  1. Do not purchase this service before you have read it or if it contains any black spaces.
  2. This agreement is a legally binding instrument. Both sides of this contract is binding only when the agreement is signed and dated by the authorized official of the school or the admissions officer at the school’s principal place of business. Read both sides before signing.
  3. You are entitled to an exact copy of this agreement and any disclosure pages you sign.
  4. This agreement and the school catalog constitute the entire agreement between the student and the school.
  5. Although the school will provide placement assistance, the school does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program completion or upon graduation.
  6. The school reserves the right to terminate a students’ training for unsatisfactory progress, nonpayment of tuition or failure to abide established standards of conduct.
  7. The school reserves the right to reschedule the program start date with the number of students scheduled is too small.
  8. The school does not guarantee the transferability of hours to a college, university or institution. Any decision on the comparability, appropriateness, and applicability of hours and whether they should be accepted is the decision of the receiving intuition.
