The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Legal Notice
  • Notice To Buyer:

    1. Do not purchase this service before you have read it or if it contains any black spaces.
    2. This agreement is a legally binding instrument. Both sides of this contract is binding only when the agreement is signed and dated by the authorized official of the school or the admissions officer at the school’s principal place of business. Read both sides before signing.
    3. You are entitled to an exact copy of this agreement and any disclosure pages you sign.
    4. This agreement and the school catalog constitute the entire agreement between the student and the school.
    5. Although the school will provide placement assistance, the school does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program completion or upon graduation.
    6. The school reserves the right to terminate a students’ training for unsatisfactory progress, nonpayment of tuition or failure to abide established standards of conduct.
    7. The school reserves the right to reschedule the program start date with the number of students scheduled is too small.
    8. The school does not guarantee the transferability of hours to a college, university or institution. Any decision on the comparability, appropriateness, and applicability of hours and whether they should be accepted is the decision of the receiving intuition.

  • Terms:

    By registration online, I understand that I am registered for the CNA training course offered through Training Solutions. The total amount of the CNA class is $850.00. A deposit of $300.00 is due at registration which includes non-refundable $100.00 registrtion fee and $750.00 tuition fee. I understand that my enrollment will be complete when the $300.00 is paid in full. The second payment of $300.00 is due by the first day of class and the final payment of $250.00 is due by the second week of class. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT CLINICALS AND THE FINIAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN ORDER TO FINISH THE CLASS/CLINICALS. Please note that there will be $25.00 late fee for each late payment. I understand that this is a binding agreement and I am responsible for full payment to Training Solutions for the CNA course and that no certificates of completion will be issued while a balance remains. 


    Students are responsible for purchasing their own books. The book’s ISBN number for the workbook is 978-1-60425-041-1 and the workbook ISBN number 978-1-60425-042-8.


    Tuition, Fees, and Refunds


    Training Solutions provides that installments for students to make their education affordable. All deposits are due at registration, First deposit is due on the first day of class, and the last payment is due by the Friday of the second week. Students that do not follow the payment arrangement will not be able to attend class until the each payment are current. Please note that the student is responsible to make up the time missed.

    Late Payment Policy:

    1. All payments are due on or before the close of business on the specified date.
    2. All fees not paid on the due date are subject to a late fee of $25.00 per occurrence.
    3. If a balance remains unpaid at the end of the class, any and all certification will be withheld and a $25.00 late fee will be assessed to your account.
    4. Training Solutions will use all legal means to secure payment in the event of any continued delinquency, up to and including wage garnishments and liens.

    Confidentiality Agreement/Acknowledgement:

    I understand and acknowledge that I must maintain complete confidentiality as it relates to the personnel, recipients, fellow students, patients, and patient records during my learning experience with Training Solutions

    I understand that I must maintain a professional demeanor at all times and conduct myself accordingly while in class and on clinical sites during my learning experience with Training Solutions.

    I understand and acknowledge that all tests are closed book unless otherwise directed by the instructor.  Any student found to be cheating will be immediately dismissed from the course with Training Solutions, and no refund will be given.

    I understand and acknowledge that all exams must be completed with a score of 80% or better and all clinical and class hours completed in order to pass the course.  Training Solutions, will not issue a certificate of completion until all requirements have been met.

    I understand and acknowledge that the school may terminate my enrollment if I fail to comply with the attendance, academic, and financial requirements or if I fail to abide by established standards of conduct, as outline in the school catalog. While enrolled in the school, I understand that I must maintain satisfactory academic progress as described in the school catalog and that my financial obligation to the school must be paid in full before a certificate may be awarded.

    I understand and acknowledge that the school does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program completion or upon graduation.

    I understand and acknowledge receipt of the school’s catalog dated 12/2015, which contains information describing program offered, and equipment/supplies provides. The school catalog is included as part of this enrollment agreement and I acknowledge that I have received a copy of this catalog.

  • Refunds

    A student is eligible for a refund after classes has been officially dropped/withdrawal. Classes must be dropped/withdrawal by the appropriate deadline for the session in order to be eligible for a refund. Stated deadlines are not adjusted due to late enrollment. See the “Calendar for Important Dates” for specific deadlines.

    A student maybe able to receive a refund if: a) classes are dropped by the required deadline; b) the program change is the result of action taken by the college to cancel or reschedule a class; c) the student is dropped for failure to meet a prerequisite(s) and or d) the student is active or reserve U.S. Military personnel who withdraws due to military orders. Eligible students may file a petition with the finance department requesting refund of their enrollment fee(s). A refund will not be processed if academic grades has been given for the class. All refunds will be submitted to the student within 40 days.

    A check is the only form of payment that Training Solutions uses to issue refunds. If a payment is made by credit card for any registration, and you later drop any and all of your classes within the required refund period, we will NOT credit your credit card account. All refund check are made payable to the student.

    A student is eligible for a refund after the student’s enrollment has been terminated, or after the student has withdrawn from the program. A check will be mailed to the student within 40 days of the termination. All refunds will be minus all registration fees.

    Please note:

    • All refund checks will be mailed in 2-4 weeks to the mailing address currently indicated on record.
    • Submission of this form does not guarantee eligibility for a refund. Please check current class schedule for drop deadline dates.
    • A three day cancellation will apply to all students. In order for the student to exercises the three day cancellation, he/she will need to provide in written notice of course cancellation within three business days after registration will received a full refund minus the registration fee.
    • Training Solutions does not participate in the federal student aid programs.

    Please note that all refunds will be given on tuition fees only (Book fees, Lab Fees, and Registrations fees are non-refundable).
